Keely Cat-Wells (she/her/hers)

CEO of C Talent

United States

Keely is changing the way the world views disability by building a company that represents disabled artists and athletes, as well as consults on disability for Fortune 500 companies. She is also building the world's first-ever fully accessible film studios, and working to change legislation—she is working to eliminate 14(c) which is a law that still allows disabled people to work at subminimum wage.

Keely was named Forbes 30 under 30, got appointed as an advisory board member on Lady Gaga's Foundation, and was a disability subject matter expert for Google and LEGO.

We asked Keely if she would like to add anything else to her accomplishments, and she stated: “I am a Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe Entertainment 2021 honoree, have recently spoken at the Untied Nations, an Aerie Change-Maker, Advisory Board Member at Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, have been a Disability Subject Matter Expert at Google and The Lego Group. I am also the CEO and Founder of C Talent and Zetta Studios, I am also working to change the 14(c) law in the 117th congress.”
